The Elgin and Winter Garden Theatre Centre is the last operating double-decker theatre in the world. It’s also a link to Toronto’s rich theatrical past. The Elgin is opulent and sophisticated, but it’s the Winter Garden, seven stories above that steals the show. Radio Out and Out met with Tony King, President of the Centre’s Volunteer Executive Committee who gave us wonderful insight into one of the city’s hidden treasures.
